Junior College Uniform
As students move into the Junior College, our uniform reflects this important next stage of their learning journey.
Designed to provide a clear sense of progression while maintaining our school’s identity, the uniform is practical, comfortable and appropriate for the increasing independence and opportunities of the adolescent years.
Junior College Uniform
Boys:
- Boys collared shirt
- Your choice of the official shorts or trousers
- Your choice of the official vest, jersey or soft-shell jacket
- Black socks and black shoes
Girls:
- Girls collared shirt
- Your choice of the official skirt (long or short options available), shorts or trousers
- Your choice of the official vest, jersey or soft-shell jacket
- Black socks and black shoes.
Sunhat: The official wide-brimmed sunhat is required for outdoor activities during terms 1 and 4.
Sports Uniform
- Boys & Girls: Chapel Downs Junior College sports t-shirt, navy shorts, and sports shoes.
Footwear & Accessories
- Fully black, closed-toe shoes are required for everyday wear. For sports, students should wear sports shoes with appropriate grip.
- Students can wear a small, discrete hair tie or headband in navy or black.
- Jewellery: A watch and small stud earrings are permissible. Cultural items of jewellery may be worn.

- The uniform must be worn neatly and with pride, following the guidelines set by the school. Students should be dressed in the correct uniform for both academic and extracurricular activities.
