Located on the Chapel Downs School site, the Junior College offers students a seamless transition into the next stage of their education within a familiar, supportive, and well-connected environment. This continuity allows students to build on established relationships, maintain a strong sense of belonging, and continue their learning with confidence.
Together, our Early Learning Centre, Primary School, and Junior College provide a comprehensive network that supports learners from their very earliest years right through to the end of Year 10.
Building our Junior College
Chapel Downs Junior College will officially open its doors in 2027, welcoming our very first cohort of students to a brand-new educational journey.
This staged opening ensures that our foundational year levels are established thoughtfully, with the facilities, staffing, and programmes fully in place to provide an outstanding learning experience from day one.
As we begin this exciting new chapter, we look forward to creating a Junior College where students are known, challenged, supported, and inspired to thrive.

Emerging directly from the pages of knowledge is a flourishing figure. The dual nature of this design, resembling both a person with uplifted arms and the vibrant leaves and flower of a growing plant, symbolises our dedication to nurturing the whole individual.
The circular flower head represents the blossoming potential within every student. It is a visual reminder that when students are cared for and supported, they don’t just learn; they thrive and grow toward their full potential.

Surrounding these central elements is the shield, a traditional symbol of strength, unity and heritage. The shield represents the strong foundations of our community, symbolising the step into advanced learning, maturity, and academic growth that reflects the junior college experience.
